I. Business registration – Water park opening procedure
1. Prepare information to open a water park
- Choose the type of business: In Vietnam, there are many types of businesses recognized by the Government, each with unique characteristics. In order to complete the procedure for opening a water park, the registrationer needs to understand the types of businesses recognized by the government to choose the appropriate choice:
– Private enterprise
– Partnership company
– Limited liability company
– Joint Stock Company
- Prepare a notarized copy of the necessary documents: such as citizen identity cards, ID cards, passports, or other valid identification papers of legal representatives and capital contributors or shareholders to open water parks, including foreign investors.

Bring a copy of the certificate of business park registration to the facility specializing in engraving seals to create a legal seal for the company. After that, the company needs to engrave the seal and send the seal notice to the Business Registration Office – the Department of Planning and Investment at the provincial -level or online notice on the National Electronic Portal page.
Notice of the seal sample should be enclosed with the owner’s decision for a one -member limited liability company, the decision and copy of the meeting minutes of the Members’ Council for two or more members of the Co., Ltd., the Board of Directors for the Joint Stock Company, and the partnership members for the name partnership, detailed description of content, form and number of seals.
Business Registration Office after receiving the notice of the seal sample will issue a receipt to the company and post the seal sample information to the National Information Portal on the business registration. They provide notice of posting seal samples for businesses, branches, and representative offices.
The legal seal was then sent to the police office of the province and city to register and check before returning it to the business.
When receiving the seal, the company’s representative needs to bring the original enterprise registration certificate and ID card to present.
II. Applying for a water park construction permit – Water park opening procedure
After completing the business registration for the water park, the next step to complete the procedure for opening a water park is to apply for a construction permit, depending on the scale and investment level of the project. Factors affecting this process include investment forms, project scale, and location.

- Evaluation and approval of detailed construction planning 1/500 if the project is required.
- Carry out procedures for allocation, lease or change of land use purpose.

- Apply at the district People’s Committee.
- The construction permit time is 15 days, provided that it may last for no more than 10 days after the deadline if needed.

III. Apply for a certificate of water park eligible for swimming and diving activities
